Returns Policy

At ATrade, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on our platform. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. This Returns Policy outlines the process and conditions under which returns are accepted.

  1. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is significantly not as described, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
  • The item received is different from what was ordered.

Please note that certain categories of items may be exempt from returns due to their nature (e.g., perishable goods, custom made items, personal care goods). Sellers have the option to specify if their items are non-returnable in the product description.

  1. Initiation of Returns

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact the Seller: Reach out to the seller directly through ATrade’s messaging platform within 7 days of receipt to inform them of your intent to return the item.
  • Provide Proof: Depending on the seller’s requirements, you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the item’s condition.
  • Seller Approval: The seller must approve the return request. Upon approval, the seller will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  1. Return Shipping

Unless the item is received damaged or significantly not as described, you may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The method of return shipping will be agreed upon between you and the seller.

  1. Refunds and Exchanges

Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, they will determine if a refund or exchange is warranted. If approved:

  • Refunds: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on the seller’s processing time and the payment processor’s policies.
  • Exchanges: If an exchange is offered by the seller and agreed upon, the replacement item will be shipped to you following the seller’s specified timelines.
  1. Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute between you and the seller regarding a return, ATrade’s customer service team is available to assist. We encourage both parties to try and resolve the issue amicably. In cases where a resolution is not reached, ATrade will mediate to ensure fairness in accordance with our policies.

Sellers on ATrade are encouraged to provide clear returns policies for their items. These policies may not contradict ATrade’s Returns Policy but can include additional details specific to their items.
